Luis Murillo Web Hosting companies hardly ever keep backups of the stuff you have on their servers...but I sure hope they do have it in your case. I backup my db weekly and have a backup site where I test big changes prior to making them in the main site.
Still weird the fact that only the text went missing and not everything...generally all of the information of the post is stored the same way in a database....
