Patrick  I went to the Go Green event. It was to start at 1:00. We arrived on time and waited 20 minutes for the band to set up and then play a song. There were about 10 to 12 people in the audience. It was strange. About 1:20 John began his talk. He seemed very nervous. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. But after a while, it became apparent that John was not a professional motivational speaker. He is a man of passion and has a lot in his heart. But he needs to really work on his delivery. He repeated "OK" and "What I want to tell you is this" over and over again. He rambled all over the place. I felt so sorry for him. It was the weirdest experience I have ever had watching a person try to speak on stage to an audience. I believe John and Leanne have good intentions but I also feel the whole thing was a deception. I was under the impression it had something to do with Education is Freedom and the speaker was a professional. But I ended up having to sit through 40 minutes a jibberish and taking 3 hours out my Saturday to do so.  Oct 4, 2009 ~ 9:32am
